低碳经济模式下开展有色金属矿产资源综合利用的重要性探讨

文章对用低碳经济模式来指导有色金属矿产资源综合利用的重要性进行了全面阐述．对我国有色金属矿产资源的特点、现状进行了分析：即我国绝大部分矿床是多组分共伴生的综合矿产，且二次资源相当丰富，然而综合利用程度低；提出了低碳经济模式下开展矿产资源综合利用的具体措施，认为清洁生产是开展低碳经济模式下矿产资源综合利用的关键，而有色金属矿产资源综合利用、特别是“二次资源”的综合利用是实现有色金属工业低碳经济的关键．

Investigation on the Importance of the Comprehensive Utilization of Nonferrous Metal Mineral Resources in the Low-carbon Economic Mode

This paper makes a comprehensive presentation of the importance of the utilization of nonferrous metal mineral resources under the guidance of low-carbon economic mode. It analyzes the characteristics and status quo of nonferrous metal mineral resources in our country： most deposits in our country are muhicomponent associated mineral resources with abundant secondary resources but low developed. Concrete measures are then put forward to launch the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources in the low-carbon economic mode in which clean production is believed to be important condition. And the comprehensive utilization of nonferrous metal mineral resources, especially the comprehensive utilization of ＂secondary resource＂ are the keys of realizing the low-carbon economy in nonferrous metal industry.
