摘    要:采用尿素沉积-沉淀方法制备Pt-Au/TiO2催化剂,考察了第二金属Pt的加入以及反应条件对由对氯硝基苯加氢制对氯苯胺的影响。结果表明,少量Pt的加入极大的提高了Au/TiO2催化剂的活性,当Pt-Au/TiO2催化剂中Pt含量为0.02%时,在50℃、1.0 MPa氢气条件下反应1 h,对氯硝基苯即被100%转化为对氯苯胺。

Abstract:Pt-Au/TiO2 catalysts were prepared by deposition-precipitation with urea,and the influence of addition of a second metal Pt and reaction conditions on hydrogenation of p-chloronitrobenzene toward p-chloroaniline was investigated.The results showed that the Au/TiO2 with minute amount metal Pt exhibited highly catalytic reactivity for hydrogenation of p-chloronitrobenzene.The p-chloronitrobenzene was reduced toward p-chloroaniline in 100% yield in 1 h at 50 ℃,1.0 MPa H2 when the Pt loading of the catalyst is 0.02%.
