| Abstract: | This paper introduces the promoting role of the information technology by analyzing the experience and lessons drew from developing countries on taking a new industrialized way. On how to take a new road to industrialization , especially on the development of the nonferrous metals industry which plays an important role in economic development in Yunnan Province, the paper proposes the ideas and methods to embark on new industrialized road of its own characteristic by making good use of comparative advantage to form post-advantages. |
