摘    要:研究了电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定稀土精矿中钍量,确定仪器的最佳工作参数,选择合适的分析谱线.其加标回收率在98%-101%之间,相对标准偏差小于3%,方法操作简便,快速,准确度高,适用于稀土精矿中0.30%~8.00%钍的测定.

Abstract:This paper studies an analytical method to determine thorium content in rare earth concentrates by ICP-AES. The optimum operation parameters of instrument are tested by selecting the analytical lines. The recoveries of standard addition can reach 98%~101% with RSD less than 3%. Being convenient, rapid and accurate, the determination method is fit for thorium range between 0.30%~8.00%.
