微细粒级钨细泥选矿试验研究

摘    要:某钨矿主干流程为重选工艺,钨回收率小于63%,约30%的钨矿物损失于原生钨细泥和由于过粉碎产生的次生钨细泥中.为了提高资源利用效率,对该企业重选尾矿中的微细粒级钨细泥资源进行了高梯度磁选、浮选、离心机重选对比试验研究以及"浮选-离心机重选"联合流程试验研究.采用"浮选-离心重选"联合流程,开路试验获得的钨精矿品位达到32.14%,回收率达到73.51%,试验获得了良好的指标,对微细粒钨细泥的回收具有借鉴意义.

Abstract:By applying gravity separation technology, the original recovery rate of a tungsten mine is less than 63%. About 30% of the tungsten resource was wasted in the protogenesis slime and the secondary tungsten slime due to over-grinding. This paper studies comparatively the processing results of the technology of high-gradient magnetic separation, flotation, gravity separation of centrifuge and the combined technology of flotation-gravity separation of centrifuge' to improve the tungsten resource utilization efficiency. The results show the grade of tungsten concentrate can reach to 32.14g/t with recovery rate73.51% by applying the later technology.
