| 摘 要： | 多级网络视频监控系统应用于具有复杂权限管理的跨区域多级部门、集团实施网络视频监控。本文论述了由多个单区域网络视频监控系统通过信息融合构成扁平状复合系统，进而结合包含区域权限信息的目录形成多级网络视频监控系统的设计过程；并实现了多级网络视频监控系统实时浏览的功能流程。
