摘    要:首次系统,深入地探讨了Hg1-xCdxTe液相外延层的界面结构,组分分布对其室温红外透射谱谱顶和吸收边的影响,详细分析了“假生长”的特征,形成机理及严重危害。

Abstract:An approach is made for the first time to the effect of interface structrue,the profile of composition for the Hg(1-x)CdxTe LPE layers on the top and the absorption edge of IR transmission spectrum at room temperature. The characteristics of spurious growth, the forming mechanism and the serious harm fulness are analysed in detail.
