高职青年英语教师教学能力现状调查与分析

青年教师是目前高职院校英语教学工作的中坚力量,其教学能力直接关系到英语教学的质量和效果。基于教学设计、教学实施、教学管控、教学反思、教学研究与创新这五项教学能力设计高职青年英语教师教学能力调查问卷,选取三所高职院校开展调查。通过数据统计及数据分析,了解高职青年英语教师的教学能力现状,发现其教学管控能力、教学反思能力、教学研究与创新能力相对缺乏,应着重加以培养。

Investigation and Analysis of Young English Teachers' Teaching Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges

Young teachers are the backbone of English faculty in higher vocational colleges. Their teaching abilities are directly related to the quality and effect of English teaching. A questionnaire is designed to study the young English teachers＇ teaching abilities in higher vocational colleges, which includes abilities on teaching design, teaching implementation, teaching management, teaching reflection, teaching research and innovation. Young English teachers from three higher vocational colleges are selected as the research ob- jects. Through data collection and data analysis, it can be found that young teachers＇ abilities of teaching management, teaching reflection, teaching research and innovation should be developed.
