气调保鲜冷库之构成及其应用

Controlled atmosphere cold storage is a new type of cold storage which has the function of adjusting gas composition. It s systems consist of airtight storage , atmosphere control refrigeration, humidification, pressure balance and automatic detection control, etc. By controlling gas composition parameters such as temperature, humidity, O2, CO2 ,etc, it controls the metabolism of fruits and vegetables, as well as the microbial activity, so that to keep the good quality of fruits and vegetables and extend the storage period.
