| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,也是高校学生日常管理工作的具体组织者、实施者和指导者。但现实中高校辅导员的工作满意度普遍较低,应认真分析其原因,探寻提高高校辅导员工作满意度的相关对策。

| Abstract: | Being the backbone of university students＇ ideological and political education work, college instructors are the organizers, imple- menters and directors of college students＇ daily management work. However, the overall job satisfaction of college instructors is very low. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the reasons, and to seek some relevant countermeasures to improve the job satisfac- tion of college instructors. |
