卷烟商业企业转型中价值链的研究

摘    要:确立现代流通价值链共赢战略在卷烟商业企业转型过程中愈来愈受到重视。本文试图以价值链作为企业战略分析方法,在分析卷烟商业企业开展价值链研究的意义、基本思想以及基本框架基础上,对建立卷烟商业企业以客户为导向的价值系统进行了探讨,构造了为客户创造价值战略理念的价值系统模型;讨论了系统思考、价值链向上下游延伸、提高协同效率、实现企业整体价值最大化,以及企业无形价值链的充分发掘和增值等问题。

Abstract:It is more and more recognized to establish the win-win strategy of mordern circulation value chain during system transformation of the cigarette commercial enterprise. Based on the analysis of value chain, the basic idea and the framework of the cigarette commercial enterprise, and employing value chain as the method of enterprise strategy analysis,the building up of value chain system oriented by clients was discussed and a value chain system model on the philosophy of creating values for clients was constructed. Various issues were also discussed, such as systematic thinking, extending of value chain to up and backward positions, enhancing cooperative efficiency, maximizing overall enterprise values, as well as fully digging and value-adding of virtual value chain in an enterprise.
