| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of BT project, the contract management, construction management, quality management and cost management in BT project management of municipal engineering are elaborated. Questions existed in practical management process of BT qro-ject are summarized, at the same time corresponding resolving methods are proposed, in order to realize control objectives of BT project. |
