| 摘 要： | 随着我国教育体制改革的不断深化，高等教育取得了巨大的成绩。但面对当今激烈的世界竞争仍存在很大的差距。是什么制约着我国高等教育的发展？本文在比较中外教育投入与产出水平的基础上，从教育资源（力、物力）配置的角度出发，提出了发展我国高等教育一是缺钱，二是缺乏有效机制的认识，探讨了政府、教育行政部门对教育投入的资源配置模式及高等学校内部资源配置的方法。

| Abstract: | Along with continuous reformation of the educational system,the higher education obtains tremendous achievement.But it also has long distance to keep up with the international competition.What restrict its development? The paper raises a point of that two factors are lack in Chinese higher education from the scheme of educational resource.One is capital and the other is effectual system.At the same time,comparing to the internal and overseas investment and production in higher education,the paper discusses the method of scheme in intramural resources and the mode of scheme in resources invested by government and educational service. |
