专业选修课培养创新能力探索与实践——以生物传感器为例

摘    要:专业选修课在培养方案中占有较高比重,充分发挥其作用意义重大。我们通过征求意见、结合课程特点,提出了生物传感器科研式教改措施:以课程发展史及前景教学,培养科研选题能力;生物敏感膜设计教学,培养实验方案设计能力;讨论课教学,培养答辩能力;生物传感器制备、表征教学,培养实验技巧及数据分析能力;过程考核方式,培养学生进度意识。实施效果表明,学生毕业论文实验恐惧感、科研神秘感消失了,综合科技创新能力显著提升。

Abstract:Some research-based teaching reform measures of biosensor are proposed by investigation. The ability for students to develop research topics and experimental design is trained by teaching the history and prospects of biosensor and the bio-sensitive film design. By way of classroom discussion the defense ability is cultivated. The capabilities of developing experimental techniques and data analysis are obtained by the teaching of biosensor preparation and characterization. The students' awareness of project progress is cultivated by carrying out process assessment method. The implementation results show that students are not afraid of experiments during the period of writing graduation thesis anymore and they will not think of scientific research is mysterious. Their innovative ability is cultivated.
