辊压法再造烟叶起皱工艺研究

为提高辊压法再造烟叶的质量和有效利用率,通过合理配制粉料、料液和纤维添加比例,利用压辊线速度与烘干机网带速度之差,通过三辊两压、压辊加温及物料剥离等工序,制成稳定性好的带皱纹的再造烟叶。测试结果表明,与传统的辊压法再造烟叶相比,使用起皱工艺生产的再造烟叶具有可塑性和延展性,其工艺可用性及耐加工性能更好,切丝后的外观形态更接近于常规叶丝,成丝率和填充值也有较大提高。

Studies on Crimping of Rolling Process Reconstituted Tobacco

In order to improve the quality and utilization of rolling process reconstituted tobacco,the(powder) materials,liquid ingredients and fiber were rightly proportioned,then pressed twice by three(heated) rollers,the crepe-like crimped reconstituted tobacco was produced by means of velocity difference(between) the final pressing roller and the wire-mesh belt of dryer.The testing results showed that comparing with traditional rolling process reconstituted tobacco,the crimped reconstituted tobacco featured better plasticity and ductility,higher usability and processability,the appearance of its shred was more similar to that of cut tobacco,the yield and filling power of the shred were also improved.
