乙烯装置原料系统的优化管理

摘    要:大庆石化公司乙烯装置以轻烃和石脑油为主要裂解原料,以原料价格变化为衡量指标判别各原料的加工优先次序。原料系统管理缺少裂解性能评价环节,缺乏系统的数据支持、不够精确。2009年初,原料系统实施了优化管理方案,经过逐步实践和完善,形成了一套完整的优化体系,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The ethylene plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company used light hydrocarbon and naphtha as major feedstock,and used feedstock price change as the balancing indicator to determine the processing priority of these feed stocks. There was no cracking performance evaluation step,and the determination was short of data support and thus not accurate. In the beginning of 2009,the optimization management plan was used in the feedstock system,and a set of complete optimization system was formed after stepwise practice and perfection,and significant economic benefit was gained.
