| 摘 要： | 建设工程由于规模大，工期长，结构复杂等特点，存在着风险与诸多不确定因素。因此，在工程的实施过程中，索赔是经常发生的。索赔是签约双方当事人维护自身合理利益的正当权利。本文简述了索赔的主要种类并分类列举了案例分析供工程管理专业人员参考。
