摘    要:用电化学极化曲线法研究海洋油田输油管钢在海水中的腐蚀电化学行为及其抑制措施.结果表明:在催化剂作用下除氧剂亚硫酸盐作为缓蚀剂的主要成分之一,可抑制电极腐蚀的阴极过程,使腐蚀速度由0.87mm/a降低至0.06mm/a以下

Abstract:The corrosion performance and inhibition method of pipeline steel in seawater were investigated by potentiodynamic method.One of the main reasons responsible for the corrosion of sea pipeline equipment is oxygen corrosion in sea water. Under the action of catalyst the deoxidizer sulphite may be adopled as the main inhibitor, which can intensively inhibit the cathodic corrosion process caused by cathodic depolariser of oxygen and thus the corrosion rate of the pipeline steel decreased from 0.87mm/a to less 0.06 mm/a.
