| 摘 要： | 经采样、分离，筛选出多株植酸酶产生菌；并将其中产酶水平较高的黑曲霉（Ａｓｐ．ｎｉｇｅｒ７０）和无花果曲霉（Ａｓｐ．ｆｉｃｕｕｍＮＲＲＬ３１３５）用固态培养法进行了产植酸酶条件的对比研究。
