蓄电池初始充电电流与充电接受率的研究

摘    要:充电接受率是蓄电池不可忽视的重要性能,充电接受率的提高是快速充电的关键.本文研究了蓄电池在恒流一恒压充电模式中,不同充电接受率下电流衰减指数的变化,以及初始电流和初始电解液密度对电流衰减指数的影响,推论出在此充电模式下,电流衰减指数的大小表征了充电接受能力的高低,电流衰减指数大表明充电接受率高;电流衰减指数小表明充电接受率低.当初始充电电流与初始电解液密度之间保持"最佳配比关系"时,可获得最大电流衰减指数,即达到单体电池最大充电接受率.

Abstract:Charge acceptance is an important performance for batteries, and it is the key of fast charge. Based on the charging mode of 'constant current-constant voltage (CC-CV)', the decaying exponential of current (DEOC) under different charge acceptance and the influence of the initial charging current and electrolyte specific gravity are studied in this paper.
