摘    要:单井原油含水率是制订油田开发生产方案的地质基础数据之一。多年来,不少单位与油田合作,先后研制出电容法、放射性法、微波法、比重法等多种原理的在线原油含水率测量仪表,并都先后在大港油田试用过,但均未满足原油含水率的测试要求。主要难点在于仪表全年在线连续工作,环境与介质温度变化大,仪表的稳定性过不了关;被测介质含量复杂,特别遇到高含水原油,出现“水包油”、“油包水”的过渡状态,某些仪表的准确度就更难保证了。为了解决这一问题,从1986年6月开始与中国计量科学研究院合作,精心设计研制射频原油含水分析仪,不断提高仪表的适用性、稳定性和准确性,并已成功地用于单井计量站、分队分矿计量站和厂级交油计量站,取得了明显的社会经济效益。

Abstract:Recent years, on-line water cut analyzers by various principles such as capacitance, radioactivity, microwave, specific gravity method etc. have been applied one after another in Dagang oilfield. But they can't meet the need of the test requirements. Starting from June 1986, Dagang oilfield cooperated with CMSA has developed the radio-frequency water cut analyzer, continuously raised its adoptability, stability and accuracy and it has been successfully used on single-well metering station, brigade metering station and plant metering station. Obvious social and economic results have been gained.
