摘    要:再生混凝土的使用有利于环境保护,并有良好的经济社会效益;和易性为混凝土工作性能的主要指标。通过正交试验分析水灰比、再生粗骨料取代率、粉煤灰等量取代水泥用量、砂率等因素对再生骨料混凝土和易性的影响,试验结果表明水灰比对再生混凝土和易性影响最大,其次为砂率、粉煤灰等量取代水泥用量、再生粗骨料取代率;通过试验给出满足再生混凝土工作性能的参考配合比。

Abstract:The use of recycled concrete is favorable to the environment protection and the economic and social benefits.The main index for the working performance of concrete is workability.Through orthogonal tests,we get to know the water cement ratio,recycled coarse aggregate replace rate,fly ash isometric substitute cement contents and sand ratio’s effects on recycled aggregate concrete and workability.The test results show that the biggest influence factor of Recycled concrete workability is the water cement ratio;then sand ratio,fly ash isometric substitute cement contents and recycled coarse aggregate replace rate.Besides,through the tests we get the mixing reference ratio that can meet the working performance of the recycled concrete.
