中储式球磨机制粉系统控制器设计

摘    要:在电厂制粉自动控制系统中,传统的三套独立PID控制系统不具备自适应性和解耦性,因而不能长期稳定工作.针对中储式磨煤机制粉系统的工作特性,基于模糊控制原理,利用mat-lab中规则编辑器建立模糊规则和输入/输出关系;针对实际系统给出了由模糊控制和积分控制相结合的复合控制器设计方法,克服了传统控制系统的缺陷,消除了稳态误差.经过仿真验证,本文设计的复合控制器使各参数在阶跃扰动下衰减率均为90%左右,稳态误差为0,适用于在稳定状态下工作的磨煤机制粉系统.

Abstract:In the automatically controlling of ball milling system in power plant the traditional independent three sets of PID controlling systems have no autoadaptibility and decoupling ability so that it cannot work steadily in long term,in this paper,according to the working property of middle-storage ball milling system and based on the fuzzy controlling theory the fuzzy rules and input/output relation are created by rule editor in Matlab.For the actual system,the designing of complex controller is given.For the combination of fuzzy control and integral control the system overcome the drawbacks of the traditional one and eliminate steady state error at the same time.It can be validated by simulated experiments that the complex controller makes the attenuation rate of parameters in the step disturbance about 90% and steady state error is zero,as well as profit for ball milling system working in steady state.
