| 摘 要： | 建立了气相色谱法测定茶叶中多种有机磷农药残留的方法。样品经二氯甲烷提取后以1.0μL注入色谱分析柱,130～190℃程序升温检测,样品最小检测浓度0.005～0.040mg/kg,平均回收率88%～95%,RSD<5.0%(n=6)。

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of multi-organophosphate pesticide residues in tea by gas chromatography was estabtished. After pretreatment. 1. 0 μl, sample was injected inlo column al 130-190℃rising tempreturc with program. The sample detection limit was 0. 005 - 0. 040 mh/kg. The average recovery was 88% -95% and RSD was bilow 5. 0% (n = 6). |
