摘    要:通过磨损、旋转摩擦和扭转试验对调质态45钢曲轴试样经不同的表面强化处理如感应淬火处理、液体氮碳共渗处理、气体氮碳共渗处理后的扭转强度、耐磨性差异进行了测试,对比、分析和选择出合适的表面强化处理工艺以满足曲轴的工作状态要求。结果表明,45钢曲轴感应淬火在性价比方面,最具竞争优势。

Abstract:The wear test,rotation friction test and torsion test were conducted to evaluate the torsion strength and wear resistance of quenched and tempered 45 steel crankshafts treated by different surface treatment,such as induction hardening,liquid nitrocarburizing and gas nitrocarburizing.The test results were compared and analyzed so that an optimum process which can give the highest performance value ratio and the best stability can be selected. The results show that the process of induction hardening for 45 steel is the first priority.
