极化曲线测试技术在电刷镀中的应用

本文分析了４种刷镀镍溶液的阴，阳极极化曲线，经实际刷镀试验，结果表明，阴，阳极极化曲线能够反映刷镀液阴极电沉积和阳极溶解的特点，在ＦＪＹ－３刷镀镍工艺中使用不纯化的可溶性镍阳极能够提高镀液稳定性，降低刷底成本。

Analysis of Polarization Curve for Brush Plating

Polarization curves measured from four nickel brush plating solution in different formulation are analysed. Compared with the actual performance of the solution in experimental operation, the analysis result shows that the cathodic and anodic polarization curves can represent the behavior of brush plating solution in cathodic deposition and anodic dissolution respectively. Application of activated soluble nickel anodes in the proprietary plating solution FJY-3 tends to increase solution stability and decrease plating cost.
