摘    要:分析了60Si2Mn钢弹簧垫圈热处理后在规定100 kN压力试验时产生开裂的原因.结果表明:原材料内部夹杂物超标是导致产品在绕弯成形时产生初生裂纹,并在热处理后于规定100kN压力试验时产生开裂的主要原因,热处理过程中产生的表层脱碳降低了产品产生开裂的允许压力.在此基础上提出了相应的改进措施.

Abstract:When the 60Si2Mn springwasher was put to test under 100 kN force after heat treating,it fractured, the reason was analysed o The results indicate that superstandard inclusion of material,which leads to primary microcrack at moveing round confectioning, is the principal reason of the crack under 100KN force, superficial decarbonization at heat-treating decreases the admission compression force of crack. On the base of it,we suggest some measures to improve it.
