| 摘 要： | 当前师德评价大多数还局限于用传统的方法进行定性的描述,涉及定量分析的较少。该文综合应用分析法、B.S、改进AHP法、Delphi等数学方法的优势来确定评价指标体系及权重,构建系统、科学、全面的综合评价指标体系及权重,在一定程度上削弱了不同方法在指标体系构建过程中的主观性和不可控性,从而确保了指标体系的科学性和客观性。

| Abstract: | The present methods and means for the research on evaluation of the teacher's virture mostly are limited to qualitative narration,quantitative analysis are rare. The thesis synthesizes the advantages of the law of B.S DELPHI and AHP to construct the indicators and weights of the evaluation system of Teacher's virture.
