智能极谱法测定化探矿样中常量钼

摘    要:钼(Ⅵ)在氯酸盐-苯羟乙酸-硫酸体系中能产生一个灵敏度较高、跨度较大的单峰极谱催化波。本文根据智能极谱法测定土壤中微量钼的方法对应用这一体系测定化探矿样中常量钼的实验条件进行了全面的研究并确定减少称样量,提高系列标准曲线浓度,确定了测定化探矿样中常量钼的最佳实验条件。该方法快速,简单,准确,适用于化探矿样等钼元素的常规分析,并已实际应用于大批量分析样品的检测。

Abstract:Mo(Ⅵ)produces a high sensitivity, large--span polarographic single--peak in perchlorate benzene acid -- sulfuric acid system. According to the method of determination of trace Mo in soil by in- telligent polarography, this article conducted a comprehensive study of determinating constants Mo in prospecting samples by this way. We determinate the best experimental conditions of determinating constants Mo in prospecting samples while reducing the sample volume and raising the standard curve concen-tration series. The method is rapid, simple and accurate. It applicables to the conventional analysis for mo in prospecting samples. And it has been widely used in analysis of the sample detection.
