微机联控在多电机随动控制系统中的应用

摘    要:随动控制是伺服控制的一种,属于一种反馈控制。它的给定值在很大范围内变化,可使系统的随动变量快速、准确地跟随给定值任意变化。主要解决一定精度的跟随问题。本文介绍使用多台自整角机分别实现对多台驱动电机转子位置信号的检测,应用单片机对采集到的信号进行处理和传送,提出基于单片机和变频器对异步电机转速实施闭环控制的随动伺服控制系统,实现高性能的电机异地随动控制。

Abstract:Following-up control is a kind of servo-control belongs to a kind of feedback controls. Its given value changes in a very wide range, and can cause system's follow-up variable fast and accurately change. It mainly solves the follow-up problem in a certain precision.
