| 摘 要： | 回转窑原使用直流马达驱动。改用变频驱动后,产生了整流变利用,工频下的马达无法与原转速一致,窑体的起动,新老系统之间是否会产生干扰等诸问题,本文力图充分利用变频器的工作特点,优化设计,解决以上几个方面的技术问题。

| Abstract: | The rotary kiln originally uses DC motor to drive.After switching to variable frequency drive,some problems appear such as rectifier transformer using,kiln body starting,inconsistent speed with the original motor rotational speed under power-frequency,and the interference between old and new systems.This paper tries to take full advantage of the inverter characteristics,to optimize the design and solve the technical problems above. |
