| 摘 要： | 总结了控制系统传感器故障检测与诊断方法的发展现状，列举了各种诊断方法的典型应用，对各种诊断方法的优缺点进行了比较，并指出了本领域中有待进一步研究的若干问题，最后探讨了诊断方法在实用化过程小可能遇到的问题及其解决办法。
