恰海水电站汛期电力优化调度研究

摘    要:
根据水库优化调度理论,结合工程实际,通过水情测报系统有效的水文预报,从汛期降低汛限水位,重复利用兴利库容的角度出发,对恰海电站电力调度方式进行了分析研究,经过实际应用,优化后的调度模式在增加发电的同时有效地提高了水库的防洪能力.

Abstract:
According to the theory of optimized reservoir regulation, combined with the actual conditions of the project, the author studied the electrical dispatching scheme for Qiahai Hydropower Station by use of effective hydrological prediction out of regime forecasting system, based on lowering flood control limit level during flood period and reuse of beneficial storage capacity. The results of practice demonstrate that the scheme renders more power output while upgrading the flood protection capability of reservoir.
