半固态Al—4Cu—Mg合金加工图研究

摘    要:根据动态材料模型。建立了半固态Al-4Cu—Mg合金加工图.利用加工图确定了试验材料热变形的流变失稳区,结果表明半固态成形时的流变失稳区范围与应变速率有关.此外,获得了等温压缩试验参数范围内的热变形最佳工艺参数,半固态加工最佳工艺参数为加热温度560℃,应变速率0.001s^-1。

Abstract:Based on the dynamic materials model, the processing maps of Al-4Cu-Mg alloy in the states of semi-solid and solid were established. The instability zones of flow behavior can be recognized by maps, which show that semi-solid forming is more sensitive to strain rate than solid forming. The optimal process parameters in the temperature range and different strain rate can also be obtained by the maps. The semi-solid forming temp'erature is approximately 560 ℃ and strain rate is about 0.001 s^-1. The solid forming temperature is approximately 400 ℃ and strain rate is also about 0.001 s^-1.
