| 摘 要： | 林肯链霉菌突变株ZL-1在斜面生长时间为4 d,母瓶培养时间为48 h,摇瓶发酵时间为5 d,摇瓶效价为2867μg/mL.与出发菌种SL98-2-8的3024μg/mL相比,虽然其摇瓶效价降低了5.2%,但其斜面生长缩短了2 d,母瓶培养缩短了6 h,摇瓶缩短了2 d,总发酵周期缩短了4 d,而且传代10代后性能稳定.

| Abstract: | The experiment provides the physiological characteristics of ZL-1,the mutant of Streptomyces lincolnensis from SL98-2-8.When inoculated,the strain ZL-1 can be mature on the Slant medium 4 days later.48 hours later,the Seed medium can be used,the shaking cycle is 5 days,and the final production reaches 2867μg/mL.Compared with the original strain SL98-2-8,3024μg/mL,the final production of ZL-1 reduces by 5.2%,but its slant culture cycle,seed culture cycle and shaking cycle reduce by 2 days,6 hours and 2 days ... |
