| 摘 要： | 在机械加工过程中,假废品是一种常见现象,但在满足位置精度要求时出现的假废品现象往往被忽视.以钳工加工凹凸体为例,阐述满足位置精度要求时假废品的成因,以及如何运用工艺尺寸链理论确定其合格品区、假废品区和废品区,以免将实际合格的零件报废而造成浪费,这对零件的加工精度,提高生产效率和降低成本都有一定的实际价值.
