摘    要:研究了染整加工前处理工艺条件对蚕蛹蛋白纤维长丝性能的影响.分析了不同pH值溶液中蚕蛹蛋白长丝的强力变化;研究NaClO漂白和H2O2漂白的工艺参数(pH值、温度、漂白剂质量浓度)对蚕蛹蛋白长丝强力及蛋白质含量的影响.实验结果表明,蚕蛹蛋白纤维在热定型温度范围内,稳定性较好;pH=5时,纤维的强力损失最小,pH在4-10时,纤维的损伤较小;蚕蛹蛋白纤维较适合用H2O2漂白,较适合的漂白工艺参数为:温度不宜超过80℃,pH为10左右,H2O2(30%)质量浓度在4-6 g/L.

Abstract:The paper argues that performance of pupa protein filaments are affected hy processing condition of pretreatment in dyeing and finishing. The variational strength of pupa protein filaments wasanalysed in defferent pH solutions; It was found that NaClO and H2O2 bleaching process parameters (pH, temperature, bleaching agent concentration) affect the strength and protein content of pupa protein filaments. The experimental result shows that the thermostability of pupa protein fiber is better in heat setting temperature range; when pH is 5, strength loss of pupa prolein fiber is least; damage of pupa protein fiber is less in pH range from 4 to 10; pupa protein fiber is more suitable for H2O2 bleaching, more suitable bleaching process parameters are under the conditon that temperature is below 80℃, pH is about 10 and H2O2(30%) concentration is 4-6 g/L.
