便携式圆钢划痕在线检测仪

摘    要:轧钢过程中,圆钢由于轧辊毛刺或其他固态颗粒通常会引起较长的划痕,造成极大的损失.针对这种情况,基于光纤反射原理,设计了一种便携式的划痕高温在线检测仪.检测仪通过2路光路反射信号的强度之差是否超过预定的阈值,来自动判断划痕是否存在,从而实现了划痕在高温下的在线检测.介绍了系统的构成框图、差分工作原理,光源驱动电路、光敏二极管接收电路以及单片机电路,并简要介绍了软件流程图.该系统体积小,重量轻,使用方便,具有较高的经济价值.

Abstract:In the process of steel rolling, the thorn and other solid grains on the surface of roller usually cause some nicks on the surface of cylindrical steel, which brings great loss to the rolling mill. Aiming at the situation,this paper designed a portable nick instrument based on fiber, which can be used under high temperature at the workshop. Comparing the intensity difference of the light reflected by the two optical paths with threshold value, the instrument can automatically give the results, which makes the aim of nick detection under high temperature at the workshop come true. It introduces the structure frame, difference principle, circuits of the light source driving and photosensitive diode receiving, and the circuit of the single chip computer of the instrument, and then introduced the frame drawing of the software briefly. The small and light system which is convent to use has great economic value.
