摘    要:针对目前实时数控系统的发展现状和存在问题,提出了一种应用于数控设备的实时Linux系统构建方法和策略,并构建了以该实时系统为基础的数控系统框架.该系统采用模块化软件设计,采用分布式控制策略,具备良好的可扩展性.该项研究可广泛应用于工业机器人、精密数控机床等领域.

Abstract:The current situation and difficulties on research of real-time numerical control system were described and a new method about constructing real-time numerical control system frame based on real time Linux was put forward. Modular software design and distributed numerical control tactics were employed for better system performance. This project can widely used in those fields such as industrial robot and high precision numerical control machine tool.
