微波法提取升麻中阿魏酸的工艺研究

摘    要:采用煎煮法、加热回流法及微波法提取升麻中阿魏酸,对其提取工艺进行比较,确定微波法为最佳提取方法.采用单因素实验和正交实验确定微波法提取升麻中阿魏酸的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数70%、液料比20:1(mL:g)、微波辐射时间90 s、微波辐射功率385 W,在此条件下,阿魏酸提取率可达0.0593%.

Abstract:The extraction techniques of ferulic acid from Cohosh by boiling method,heat reflux extraction method and microwave extraction method were compared.It was found that the best extraction method was the microwave extraction method.The extraction conditions of microwave extraction method were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: ethanol volume fraction 70%,liquid-solid ratio 20∶1(mL∶g),microwave irradiation time 90 s,microwave irradiation power 385 W.Under above conditions,the extraction rate of ferulic acid reached 0.0593%.
