电动汽车功率单元主动热控制

摘    要:电动汽车电机控制器的功率单元作为功率变换的核心部件,在电动汽车运行过程中存在过温风险。为有效规避风险且提升运行可靠性,设计了一种电动汽车功率单元热控制方案。利用传感器间接推导IGBT模块温度情况,根据功率单元实时温度与温度变化率, 采取输出功率与开关频率降额措施,对IGBT模块温度进行连续动态调节。研究表明,所提方案对电动汽车功率单元温度有效快速管控,提升了运行可靠性。

Abstract:As the core component of power conversion, the power unit of electric vehicle motor controller has the risk of overheating during the operation. In order to effectively avoid risks and improve operational reliability, an active thermal control scheme for power unit of electric vehicle is designed. The temperature of IGBT module is deduced indirectly by sensors. The output power and switching frequency are reduced according to the real-time temperature and temperature change rate of power unit. The temperature of IGBT module is adjusted continuously and dynamically. The research shows that the proposed scheme can effectively and quickly control the temperature of power unit of electric vehicle, and improve the reliability of operation.
