液压吊卡研制及结构强度分析

摘    要:由于液压吊卡的承载较大,对其安全性能要求较高,其结构强度能否达到使用要求是关键。对液压吊卡进行结构设计,并通过有限元分析软件Workbench对液压吊卡主要受力部件分析,根据API 8C对提升设备的规范和要求进行强度校核,计算结果表明,液压吊卡能够满足设计要求。为了充分验证液压吊卡的可靠性,对液压吊卡试制并进行了功能试验和载荷试验,验证液压吊卡有限元分析的正确性,并验证液压吊卡的各项功能。各项数据表明,此液压吊卡满足现场使用要求。

Abstract:Due to the large load of hydraulic elevators, its safety performance requirements are relatively high. In the design and production process, whether its structural strength can meet the requirements of use is critical. In view of this, the structure of the hydraulic elevator was designed, and the strength of the main stressed parts of the hydraulic elevator was analyzed by the finite element analysis software workbench according to the specifications and requirements of the lifting equipment in API 8C. The calculation results show that the hydraulic elevator can meet the design requirements. At the same time, in order to fully verify the reliability of the hydraulic elevator, the trial production of the hydraulic elevator and the functional test and load test were carried out. The test results verify the correctness of the finite element analysis of the hydraulic elevator, and prove that the functions of the hydraulic elevator are normal and can meet the load requirements of the design. The data show that the hydraulic elevator can meet the requirements of field use.
