永磁同步电机共模电压抑制算法的研究与实现

摘    要:抑制共模电压、降低电磁干扰、提高电机的使用寿命,从共模电压产生的机理出发,对传统的七段式SVPWM、五段式SVPWM和无零矢量SVPWM(NZPWM)三种调制方法产生的共模电压进行了对比研究,并通过了仿真和试验验证。仿真和试验结果表明,无零矢量SVPWM控制方法可以将共模电压的峰峰值降低为传统控制算法的三分之一,有效的抑制了共模电压,提高了电机的安全性和可靠性。

Abstract:With the aiming at inhibiting common mode voltage, reducing electromagnetic interference, and improving the service life of the motor, making comparative study common mode voltage caused by of the traditional seven sections of SVPWM, five sections of SVPWM and nonzero vector PWM, which based on the principle of common-mode voltage production. Simulations and experiments show that nonzero vector PWM control strategy can reduce the value of common mode voltage to a third of the traditional control algorithm, which effectively restrains the common-mode voltage and improve the security and reliability of the motor.
