微电机柔性自动装配线控制系统的设计

摘    要:微电机广泛应用于家电、玩具、汽车等行业,市场需求量巨大。微电机装配制造是典型的劳动力密集型行业,产品型号多,有必要研发一种自动装配同时又具备一定柔性的生产线。该线由上料单元、下料单元、装配单元底盖单元、顶盖单元共5个单元组成。为保证产线的柔性,6个单元了共选用了3台工业机器人、1台机器视觉和1台数控小铣床。装配线控制系统采用了2台带有内置以太网口的三菱Q系列PLC,通过HUB将2台PLC、1台机器视觉、2台触摸屏组成工业以太网,2台PLC之间使用TCP协议完成Socket,机器人编程使用视觉系统专用指令直接读取装配使用的螺钉坐标位置,PLC与机器人、PLC与顶盖单元中的数控小铣床采用了I/O点通讯。运行结果表明,各单元之间通讯稳定,,360只左右,减少了人员使用,也为今后产线引入信息化管理手段奠定了基础,在微电机行业企业具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:s: Micromotor is widely used in household appliances, toys, automobiles and other industries, with a huge market demand. Micromotor assembly manufacturing is a typical labor-intensive industry with many product models. It is necessary to develop a kind of automatic assembly line with certain flexibility at the same time. The assembly line is composed of 5 units: loading unit, blanking unit, assembly unit, bottom cover unit and top cover unit. In order to ensure the flexibility of the production line, three industrial robots, one machine vision and one numerical control small milling machine are selected for six units. The assembly line control system adopts two Mitsubishi q-series PLCs with built-in Ethernet port. Through hub, two PLCs, one machine vision and two touch screens form industrial Ethernet. The two PLCs use TCP protocol to complete socket communication. Robot programming uses special instructions of vision system to directly read the screw coordinate position and angle attitude used in assembly. PLC and robot, PLC and top cover single I / o point communication is used in the numerical control small milling machine. The operation results show that the communication between the units is stable, the tempo is smooth, and 360 units can be assembled per hour, which reduces the use of personnel, and lays a foundation for the introduction of information management means into the production line in the future, which has a certain promotion value in the micro motor industry enterprises.
