多功能性视角下贵州酱香型白酒产业融合创新机制研究

产业的多功能性是产业融合的基础。重新界定酒类产业的多功能性，宏观上包括经济、社会、文化等三项主要功能，微观上包括产品提供、消费升级、产业带动、科技进步促进、文化融合、人力资本提升、区域发展引擎等7个方面的多功能性。在多功能性的视角下，结合产业融合创新的一般机制，提出贵州酱香型白酒产业融合创新的选择矩阵与产业图谱，并着重强调融合创新过程中政府综合性规制的作用。

Integration and innovation mechanism of Guizhou sauce-flavor Baijiu industry from the perspective of multifunctionality

The versatility of the industry is the foundation of industry integration. The versatility of the alcoholic drink industry was redefined at the macro-level including the three main functions of economy, society, and culture, and at the micro-level including product provision, consumption upgrade, industrial driving, promotion of technological progress, cultural integration, human capital improvement, and regional development engine, and so on. From the perspective of versatility, combining with the general mechanism of industrial integration innovation, the paper proposed a selection matrix and industry map for the integration and innovation of Guizhou sauce-flavor Baijiu (Chinese liquor) industry, and emphasized the role of comprehensive government regulation in the process of integration and innovation.
