摘    要:为确定贵州某褐铁矿的开发利用方案,进行了磁化焙烧-弱磁选工艺技术条件研究。结果表明,在煤粉添加量为8%、焙烧温度为850 ℃、焙烧时间为60 min、焙烧产物磨矿细度为 -0.074 mm占75%、弱磁选磁场强度为151.27 kA/m情况下,采用1粗1精1扫、中矿集中返回流程处理该矿石,可获得铁品位为61.14%、铁回收率为89.80%的铁精矿。

Abstract:Magnetic roasting, low intensity magnetic separation mineralogical research was conducted in order to find a suitable way to develop and utilize a limonite in Guizhou. The results show that with the 8% dosage of coal powder, roasted at 850 ℃ for 60 min, roasted products grinding at fineness of 75% passing 0.074 mm, with intensity of 151.27 kA/m for low intensity magnetic separation, through one roughing, one cleaning, one scavenging, middles back to the flowsheet in turn process, iron concentrate with iron grade of 61.14%, iron recovery of 89.80% was achieved.
