摘    要:针对传统机械式传感器对永磁同步电机控制系统带来的成本高、可靠性较低、性能不稳定以及在复杂工况不易维修等问题,提出了一种基于模型参考自适应(MRAS)来估算电机速度和转子位置的方法,针对传统指数趋近律存在的趋近速度较慢、系统抖振较大等不足,引入了系统状态变量的幂次项,设计了一种改进的指数趋近律,并对传统符号函数进行了平滑处理,基于此设计了改进的滑模速度控制器,该设计方法能够根据系统状态与平衡点之间的距离进行自适应调整趋近律速度,有效的削弱了传统滑模速度控制器存在的抖振,最后在PSIM软件中搭建了整体仿真模型进行验证,仿真结果表明,MRAS无位置控制能够准确估算转子速度和位置,改进滑模速度控制具有更好的动态特性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high cost, low reliability, unstable performance and difficult maintenance in complex working conditions that traditional mechanical sensors bring to the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, a model-based reference adaptation (MRAS) is proposed to estimate The method of motor speed and rotor position.Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional exponential approaching law, such as slow approaching speed and large system chattering, the power term of the system state variables is introduced, an improved exponential approaching law is designed, and the traditional symbolic function is carried out. Smooth processing, based on this design an improved sliding mode speed controller, this design method can adaptively adjust the reaching law speed according to the distance between the system state and the equilibrium point, effectively weakening the existing sliding mode speed controller Chattering.Finally PSIM software built in the whole simulation model verification, simulation results show that, without position control The MRAS is possible to accurately estimate rotor position and speed, and the improved sliding mode speed control has better dynamic characteristics.
