汽车电机磁瓦自动化生产设备的设计

磁瓦的性能是影响电机性能的因素之一，为了提高汽车电机性能以及解决企业用工难问题，设计了汽车电机主要部件磁瓦的自动化生产设备。从生产工艺出发，研究了磁瓦的特点以及生产流程，磁瓦的生产过程包括磨料、压制、烧结、磨制等过程，对其中的压制工序进行了自动化改造，详细介绍了自动化设备的结构及工作原理，流水线自动化设备具有磁瓦产品定量注料、定点取坯、产品厚度自动调节、产品自动成型等功能，设计了下模具上表面自动注料装置，自动取坯和码垛机构，采用可视化的触摸屏操作程序，实现了机器换人的变革，提高了生产效率和产品合格率。

The performance of magnetic tile is one of the factors that affect the performance of motor. In order to improve the performance of automobile motor and solve the problem of labor difficulty of enterprises, the automatic production equipment of magnetic tile, the main component of automobile motor, is designed. Starting from the production process, the characteristics and production process of magnetic tile are studied. The production process of magnetic tile includes abrasive, pressing, fritting, grinding and other processes. The automatic transformation of the pressing process is carried out. The structure and working principle of the automation equipment are introduced in detail. The flow line automation equipment has the functions of quantitative injection of magnetic tile products, fixed-point blank taking, automatic adjustment of product thickness, and so on. The product automatic forming and other functions, designed the lower mold upper surface automatic injection device, automatic take blank and palletizing mechanism, using visual touch screen operation program.It can realize the change of machine replacement and improve production efficiency and product qualification rate.
