云南某含碳铅锌矿浮选回收铅锌试验研究

摘    要:采用优先浮选碳-铅硫混选分离-锌硫混选分离的浮选工艺流程对云南某含碳铅锌矿进行了试验研究, 成功获得了铅精矿、锌精矿, 并有效回收了硫。铅精矿中铅品位47.72%、锌品位4.25%、铅回收率48.05%、锌回收率0.38%, 锌精矿中锌品位50.27%、铅品位0.72%、锌回收率94.21%、铅回收率15.13%。铅、锌在碳产品中损失不大。

Abstract:Experimental study on a carbonaceous Pb-Zn ore from Yunnan was carried out adopting a sequential flotation method composed of C-selective flotation, Pb-S bulk flotation and separation, Zn-S bulk flotation and separation, lead concentrate and zinc concentrate were obtained successfully, with pyrite recovered as a by-product. Pb grade and Zn grade in the lead concentrate are 47.72% and 4.25% with corresponding recoveries of 48.05% and 0.38%, while Zn grade and Pb grade in the zinc concentrate are 50.27% and 0.72% with a Pb recovery of 94.21% and a Zn recovery of 15.13%. It can be seen the loss of lead and zinc in carbon product is limited.
