Study on Cementing Technology and Key Tools of Slim Hole Triple Combination Rubber Plug

The cementing technology of the slim hole three joint rubber plug can solve the technical problems of accurate control of cementing displacement and string sealing. The key tool is to assemble a pressure bearing plate calibration plug. The fracture effect of the pressure bearing plate of the calibration plug and the wear resistance of the rubber plug affect the accuracy of cementing displacement in the slim hole. The cementing technology principle of slim hole triple combination rubber plug and the structure principle of calibration plug was introduced. Through theoretical calculation, simulation analysis, and laboratory tests, the construction technology, and key tool calibration plug were studied. The success rate of the field test is 100%, and the opening fracturing error of calibration plug rupture disk is less than 5%, which verifies the feasibility of the process and the reliability of key tools.
