小井眼三联合胶塞固井技术及关键工具研究

摘    要:小井眼三联合胶塞固井技术可以解决小井眼固井顶替量准确控制、管柱验封的技术问题,关键工具为校准塞承压盘,其破裂效果及胶塞的耐磨性能影响着小井眼固井顶替量的准确性。介绍了小井眼三联合胶塞固井技术工艺原理、校准塞结构原理。通过理论计算、模拟分析及室内试验等,对施工工艺及校准塞进行研究。现场试验成功率100%,校准塞破裂盘打开压裂误差小于5%,验证了工艺的可行性及关键工具的可靠性。

Abstract:The cementing technology of the slim hole three joint rubber plug can solve the technical problems of accurate control of cementing displacement and string sealing. The key tool is to assemble a pressure bearing plate calibration plug. The fracture effect of the pressure bearing plate of the calibration plug and the wear resistance of the rubber plug affect the accuracy of cementing displacement in the slim hole. The cementing technology principle of slim hole triple combination rubber plug and the structure principle of calibration plug was introduced. Through theoretical calculation, simulation analysis, and laboratory tests, the construction technology, and key tool calibration plug were studied. The success rate of the field test is 100%, and the opening fracturing error of calibration plug rupture disk is less than 5%, which verifies the feasibility of the process and the reliability of key tools.
